Artist Salah Elmur makes his debut at both gallery and Latin America with a series of new paintings reflecting on his childhood near the Blue Nile in Khartoum, Sudan.

YANN GERSTBERGER: 2 FEET IN 1 BUCKET OF ICE | OMR | OPENS 1 FEB

Created in his Pacific coast studio in Mexico, Gerstberger’s latest works reflect his multifaceted practice, combining painting and tapestry. Using a technique he developed, he adheres hand-dyed cotton fibres—originally from mops—to canvas, creating richly textured surfaces.

Renowned Mexican contemporary artist Gabriel Orozco presents his first museum exhibition in the country since 2006, showcasing 300 works spanning his illustrious career.
